Socios En Salud organization and people

Under the overall leadership of Director Jaime Bayona, Socios En Salud is organized into three main departments:

• Administration
  responsible for accounting, personnel, logistics, public relations, the Comite Directivo (steering committee), the Comite de Proyectos (projects committee), legal counsel, and the Department of Information and Statistics
  
  
• Health-related Projects
  responsible for clinical projects, social service projects, the contacts and primary health care projects, the DOTS-Plus and TARGA-Plus projects that provide directly observed therapy for MDR-TB and HIV patients, the rapid methods project, and the Palm Pilot and e-Chasqui projects for use of PIH's Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system

• Training and Publications
  responsible for the training, documentation and communications departments
