PIH Russia organization and people
The PIH project in Russia maintains offices in Tomsk Oblast,
Siberia, where we have been working with local authorities since 1998 to combat
the MDR-TB epidemic, and in Moscow, which provides administrative and financial
management and coordinates training at the national level. PIH's
Boston office assists with financial oversight and program coordination.
Tomsk
The Tomsk PIH office oversees implementation of the GFATM grant alongside the
Tomsk Oblast TB Services. The office is responsible for the conduction of
clinical and programmatic research, monitoring and evaluation of clinical
indicators for TB and MDR-TB patients in Tomsk Oblast.

Moscow
As the official representative office of Partners In Health in Russia, the
Moscow office oversees administrative and financial management for the MDR-TB
project country-wide. The office is also responsible for coordination with
the Russian government and for ensuring that our project complies with legal
and financial regulations. The Moscow office serves as the base
of operations for expansive training and advocacy programs, as well a central
database for clinical and programmatic data.
