On Navajo Nation, Community Health Representatives Provide Essential Support Amid COVID-19
Marlene Nez, a Community Health Representative (CHR) on Navajo Nation, is giving back to the community she grew up in, by working to ensure everyone has clean drinking water, food, and medication. She’s one of about 100 CHRs—a role that has existed in the community since the 1960s.
