Two new studies highlight incredible improvements in child and maternal health in Rwanda and Madagascar in recent years, showing repeated success, in very different environments, for Partners In Health’s ground-up model of building health systems and supporting universal care.

PIH, Partners Break Ground on Cancer Support Center in Rwanda

Partners In Health, the Government of Rwanda and other collaborators broke ground in September on an innovative, two-story building that will be able to house more than 70 cancer patients, loved ones and caregivers on the Butaro District Hospital campus, providing stability and community during extended treatment.
